Technical Support Engineer (Male - 1+ Years)

Overview

Duties & Responsibilities

• Banking Software Technical Service , Implementation and Maintenance.
• Investigate and resolve production issues
• Troubleshoot technical issues or questions reported by customers
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors and recommend improvements
• Implement and execute data imports/exports for customers Maintain and perform operations related to third-party integration
• Perform root cause analysis to identify the reasons for the underlying issue
• Recommend ways to optimize business performance by presenting solutions to existing challenges
• Manage and guide a team, monitor performance and provide adequate training Job Requirements

Must to have :

• Knowledge in MS SQL
• Diligence, quality-focused, and analytical skills
• Proactive in contributing to organizational success
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration
