Overview
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AI tools/plugins, including GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and OpenAI frameworks.
- Hands-on experience evaluating and testing Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and computer vision models.
- Strong background in designing evaluation frameworks for assessing AI model performance, accuracy, bias, and safety.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM evaluation metrics (perplexity, BLEU, ROUGE, human evaluation).
- Experience with RAG system testing, including retrieval quality assessment and hallucination detection.
- Experience implementing Generative AI-driven solutions for test data management, defect prediction, test maintenance, execution, and coverage analysis.
- Familiarity with vision model testing methodologies and image processing evaluation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with the ability to develop AI-driven test scripts.
- Solid background in test automation.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD implementation (GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
- Familiarity with test/defect management tools (ALM, JIRA, Zephyr).
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience with advanced AI testing methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of vector databases and embedding evaluation.
- Understanding of multimodal AI systems and their evaluation challenges.
- Experience with human-in-the-loop evaluation methodologies.
