Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to conduct testing and verification activities for assignments of systems, subsystems, or products effectively and cost-efficiently. Each day, you will provide technical support during the installation of test objects in the test area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing project test documentation. The work model for the role is: #LI Hybrid This role is contributing to the Process Automation Business of Process control Platform Division in Bangalore. You will be mainly accountable for: • Be responsible for ensuring quality in the team's deliverables. • Identify test needs, execute test and drive the implementation of auto tests. • Be responsible for the local team's test strategy and work with other test engineers and teams to improve the overall test strategy and quality of test. • Be responsible for the test infrastructure, including virtual and physical test environment.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience from test automation and software development
• Designing and developing test automation scripts.
• Excellent knowledge of different test tools and platforms for both UI and API testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work both in team and independently, ability to plan and organize the work.
