We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in creating and executing high-quality and maintainable testing strategies for mobile applications that connect to backends with dashboards. They will collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other QA team members to identify and resolve issues throughout the software development lifecycle.

We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in creating and executing high-quality and maintainable testing strategies for mobile applications that connect to backends with dashboards. They will collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other QA team members to identify and resolve issues throughout the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Must have thorough experience in both manual and automated testing.
- Lead the testing efforts and mentor junior QA engineers to ensure high-quality standards.
- Skilled in creating and managing test documents like Test Plans and Test Cases.
- Deep knowledge of testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with mobile, API, and dashboard testing.
- Hands-on experience with Test Management Tools.
- Proficient in Test Execution, identifying issues, and analyzing exceptions.
- Knowledge of designing and implementing tests with test frameworks.
- Experienced in reviewing software changes and structuring tests accordingly.
- Proven experience in Test Planning and developing Test Strategies.
- Well-versed in the complete testing process, including bug tracking, reporting, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing goals and strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage a team of QA professionals.
- Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar project management tools.
- Proficient with test tools such as Postman, JMeter, or Playwright.
- Strong analyzing and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
