Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Support sustaining test activities ( yield improvement, test debug,test time reduction and Failure analysis)
- Support tester platform conversion/migration
- Test hardware development for engineering test hardware and production load boards, probecards
- Work with Design, product, fab and yield engineers on fab transfer yield debug and fixes.
- Test program integration and release to production.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- B.Tech/M.Tech with electronics background.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in ATE testing in analog/mixed signal/powerproducts
- Preferred to have V93K SMT8 platform experience
- Knowledge in Cpk and GRR terms
- Good in C++/Java programming
- Strong in test engineering concepts and electronics fundamentals
- Knowledge in ATE test hardware development ( tester resourceassignments, schematic development ) Problem solving skills
