Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced QA Lead to manage and lead quality assurance efforts across manual, automation, and performance testing. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to define and drive QA strategy across projects.

Primary Skills

Technical Skills

• Automation Testing using Java + Selenium or Java + Playwright
• Expertise in Playwright Automation Tool
• Automation Frameworks: BDD Cucumber, Page Object Model (POM), Hybrid Framework
• CI/CD Pipeline integration
• Tools: Jenkins, Eclipse, Maven, TestNG
• Version Control: GitHub
• SQL (Basic) for database validation
• JMeter (Basic) for performance testing
• JIRA for test and defect management

Functional & Leadership Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QA projects involving Manual and Automation Testing
• Define, implement, and maintain QA strategy aligned with business goals
• Create detailed test plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and risks
• Manage end-to-end automation testing initiatives
• Define and execute test data management strategies
• Establish QA metrics and KPIs to measure quality and efficiency
• Provide regular reports on test progress, defect trends, and product quality to stakeholders
• Review and analyze requirements to identify gaps, risks, and inconsistencies
• Mentor and train QA team members to enhance skills and performance
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Development, Product, BA)
• Work in an Agile/Scrum-based development environment
