Overview

Unistanz Software Pvt Ltd are looking for a Senior Software Tester / Test Lead with mandatory Life Insurance domain expertise and hands-on Life Asia experience. The role requires experience in insurance product calculations and proven ability to lead a testing team while ensuring quality delivery across Day 1 (New Business/Product Launch) and Day 2 (Production Support/Defect Management) activities.

Location: Lower PArel/ Chinchpokli

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Notice Period: Immedidate to 15 days

Mandatory Skills:

• Life Insurance domain expertise (2-3 years of experience in Life Insurance)
• Life Asia system testing experience
• Insurance product calculations: ULIP, Annuity, Death Claim, Bonus, Lapse, Revival, Surrender, Maturity
• Day 1 (New Business)
• Day 2 (Production Issues) would be a plus
• UAT execution & defect management
• SQL for data validation

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor testers, ensuring effective test planning and execution.
• Validate calculation logic and policy servicing workflows.
• Collaborate with BAs, developers, and stakeholders for defect-free delivery.
• Drive defect management, RCA, and closure tracking.
• Prepare test documentation, traceability matrices, and compliance reports.
