SUMMARY

Direct Test Engineers I & II in operating within area of assigned responsibilities with a high level of efficiency, integrity and enthusiasm,
striving to achieve excellence in all endeavors. Designs, develops and maintains test procedures, tester hardware and software for electronic
circuit board production.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the liaison and technical conduit for assigned customers.
• Explore new avenues and test technologies for quality improvements on product assigned.
• Perform detailed analysis on test quality of product assigned, identify trends and spearhead corrective actions.
• Monitor, through assigned test engineer, all NPI activities.
• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
• Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors of Science in Electronics or Electrical Engineering from a college or university; and five to ten years experience
