About the job:
Key responsibilities:
1 - Design, develop, and maintain secure authentication policies using the Transmit Security platform.
2 - Integrate Transmit Security solutions with web, mobile, and third-party systems.
3 - Collaborate with security architects, product managers, and engineers to define technical requirements and deliver robust, scalable solutions.
4 - Write clean, efficient, and reusable code to automate and streamline security processes.
5 - Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to security best practices and standards.
6 - Monitor system performance, identify issues, and optimize authentication processes for reliability and speed.
7 - Provide technical support for production issues and debug complex problems.
8 - Deploy, manage, and scale authentication applications in Kubernetes (GKE).
9 - Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).

Other Requirements:
1 - Strong hands-on experience with Transmit Security for authentication policy design, development, and maintenance.
2 - Integration experience across web, mobile, and third-party platforms.
3 - Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for IAM customizations and enhancements.
4 - Experience deploying and managing applications in Kubernetes, particularly GKE.
5 - Knowledge of API security and integration (JSON, REST, web services).
6 - In-depth understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML) and encryption technologies.
7 - Familiarity with IAM principles and systems.
8 - Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architectures.
9 - DevOps, version control, and CI/CD pipeline experience.
10 - Knowledge of ForgeRock/Ping IAM products is a plus.
11 - Relevant cybersecurity certification (IAM, CISSP, CISM) and any cloud platform certification.
