Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented HTML/CSS Developer to join our front-end development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. You’ll work closely with UI/UX designers and front-end engineers to transform design files into clean, accessible, and scalable web interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert design mockups (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) into pixel-perfect HTML/CSS templates.
• Build responsive, cross-browser compatible, and mobile-first web pages.
• Maintain and improve existing front-end codebases with a focus on performance and usability.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to enhance user experience.
• Follow and implement web accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
• Optimize front-end assets and code for maximum speed and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Hands-on experience with Flexbox, CSS Grid, and pre-processors like SASS/LESS.
• Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and testing techniques.
• Comfortable using Chrome DevTools, Postman, and Git for version control.
• Familiarity with CSS architecture methodologies such as BEM or SMACSS.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with utility-first CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
• Exposure to modern front-end libraries like React, Vue, or Angular.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and modern deployment tools.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
