Job Title: Developer

Department: CEFS Recon

About Business line/Function: Recon

Position Purpose

CEFS Recon IT team needs to hire resources to work on the projects approved by user to ensure the projects are completed on time without any impact to user.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

  • Develop & deliver production‑grade Angular App / Micro-Frontend App that process millions of transactions per day with low latency. Follow the performance budget of all web vitals strictly.
  • Write Test Driven Component architecture in Angular with unit test & end to end test.
  • Build Docker for UI Code and deploy on Kubernetes with help of Bitbucket CI/CD.
  • Collaborate with back-end, BA, Product & various partners on analyst floor.
  • Highest precision on source control and patience to handle large app collaboration.
  • Write automated tests, CI/CD scripts and IaC (infrastructure as code) (Terraform/CloudFormation) to ensure repeatable, safe releases on AWS, Azure or GCP.
  • Perform code reviews, mentoring and knowledge‑sharing to uplift junior developers and enforce Angular, JavaScript, CSS & Micro-Frontend best‑practice standards.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize UI in production using observability tools available with BNP.
  • Participate in feasibility studies for emerging technologies (graph databases, stream‑ and produce concise evaluation artefacts for the Recon Architecture Committee (ITSVC).
  • Document architectural decisions, data‑flow diagrams to keep the Recon platform aligned with the target‑state design.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

  • Intermediate‑level knowledge on Angular, Node, Webpack, Angular CLI, React JS, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, Vibe Coding
  • One Must be able to design, develop and secure web app with component thought process
  • One Should be able to build/optimize CI/CD pipeline with given tools.
  • Hands on experience on VS CODE, Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions; IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation); automated testing (playwright or another equivalent)
  • One Must be able to write logging, metrics & tracing using Open Telemetry for web.
  • Must have awareness of Secure coding, OAuth2/JWT,
  • Should have awareness of data‑privacy (GDPR/CCPA).
  • Should have the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and compliance audiences, strong written documentation skills.
  • Proven experience in globally distributed Agile squads; mentor junior team members.
  • Ability & willingness to learn & work on diverse technologies (languages, frameworks, and tools)

      • Cloud‑Fundamental certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP).
      • Familiarity with RECON‑specific open‑source tools (any recon engine like Intellimatch, TLM, Smart stream etc.).
      • Knowledge of RECON regulatory reporting standards.
