Responsibilities
- Web Development: - Develop and maintain interactive and responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Implement best practices in coding standards, performance optimization, and accessibility to enhance the user experience. -
- UI/UX Collaboration: - Collaborate with designers and data visualization developers to translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect web pages that are user-friendly and visually appealing. - Work with back-end developers to seamlessly integrate front-end code with server-side logic.
- Responsive and Cross-Browser Compatibility - Build and test web pages to ensure consistent, high-quality user experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms - Ensure applications work smoothly across multiple browsers and devices, resolving compatibility issues as needed.
- Security and Compliance: - Implement and maintain best security practices to safeguard data visualizations and web integrations. - Stay aware of compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) related to data security and privacy, ensuring front-end code complies with organizational policies.
- Performance Optimization: - Optimize web pages for faster load times and improved accessibility, focusing on efficient code and asset management.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Experience: 4-8 years as a Front-End Developer, ideally with experience in data visualization.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Responsive Design: Proven ability in responsive, mobile-first design and development.
- Code Repositories: Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Security Knowledge: Understanding of web security principles, including common vulnerabilities (e.g., XSS, CSRF, SQL Injection) and how to mitigate them.
- Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with data security and privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
