Role Overview

As a UI/UX Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the design vision of Vyom, ensuring our applications are user-friendly, efficient, and aesthetically refined. You will be responsible for leading a team to create intuitive and personalized user experiences, balancing functionality with simplicity.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive UX strategy, ensuring user journey flows are seamless across all platforms.
• Define and implement UI/UX guidelines, ensuring consistency and clarity in design language.
• Mentor and lead the UI team, fostering innovation in design execution.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine interactions and workflows.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to integrate business objectives into the user experience.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize and enhance usability for maximum engagement.
• Ensure that our applications remain ahead of industry standards in terms of design, usability, and innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–7 years in UI/UX design, with a focus on user journey optimization.
• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and user research methodologies.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Experience with design systems and UI frameworks to maintain scalable solutions.
• Ability to bridge UX with frontend technologies, ensuring seamless execution.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a passion for mentoring designers.
• Understanding of IoT and home automation interfaces is a plus.
