UI/UX Developer

Overview

Trillisent is hiring a talented UI/UX Developer with a strong background in building responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web applications for enterprise SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a unique combination of front-end development experience and UX sensibility—especially in domains like Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCDR) and IT Service Management (ITSM).

This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys transforming complex workflows into elegant, high-performance interfaces for mission-critical products.

Key Responsibilities:

UI Development

• Build and implement responsive web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Work with frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js to develop modular, scalable components.
• Ensure pixel-perfect translation of design specs from Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

UX Design Support

• Collaborate with UX designers to refine wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows.
• Contribute to usability improvements and ensure a seamless user journey across complex SaaS workflows.

BCDR/ITSM Domain-Specific Interfaces

• Develop dashboards, reporting UIs, dependency maps, and incident workflows tailored to BCDR and ITSM environments.
• Translate technical configurations and large datasets into visually digestible UI elements.

Team Collaboration

• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment with product managers, designers, and backend developers.
• Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-team coordination.

Performance & Accessibility

• Optimize UI for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility (WCAG compliance).
• Implement testing strategies to ensure front-end quality, scalability, and consistency across devices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of UI/UX development experience with a focus on SaaS applications.
• Proven experience working on BCDR or ITSM platforms is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in front-end development using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Deep understanding of responsive design, web accessibility, and browser compatibility.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Exposure to enterprise SaaS environments or infrastructure-heavy tools.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for user experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹250.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
