UI/UX Developer

Overview

About the role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX developer to design an intuitive and visually appealing website and chatbot interface. The ideal candidate will be skilled in crafting seamless user journeys, focusing on conversational UI/UX, and designing interfaces that enhance user engagement. This role demands a deep understanding of user behavior, chatbot design best practices, and modern design tools to create an exceptional user experience for our AI-driven platform.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design

1. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and design goals.

2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

3. Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with the brand guidelines.

4. Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure optimal user experience.

5. Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends and best practices to continuously improve designs.

Front-End Development

1. Translate design mockups into responsive, interactive, and accessible web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

2. Work with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js to implement dynamic and reusable components.

3. Optimize web pages for speed, scalability, and performance.

4. Ensure compatibility across browsers and devices.

Collaboration & Problem Solving

1. Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow between the frontend and back end.

2. Address and resolve UI/UX issues during the development lifecycle.

Quality Assurance

1. Conduct usability and performance testing for features and interfaces.

2. Review and debug UI/UX issues reported by users or QA teams

3. Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility are met.

Required Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role designing conversational interfaces, chatbots, orsimilar AI-driven platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and front-end development work.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in front-end development languages and frameworks (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue.js).
• Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision or Marvel.
• Understanding of chatbot UX principles, including natural language interactions, context retention, and fallback handling.
• Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
