Role Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Developer with a strong design sensibility and front-end development skills focused on Android and iOS mobile app design. You will play a key role in crafting seamless, accessible, and delightful mobile experiences for users of our flagship Ritzzpay and Fastag apps.

This role requires an eye for design, a passion for detail, and the technical ability to bring designs to life across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement clean, user-centric interfaces for Ritzzpay’s mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and mobile developers to translate concepts into high-fidelity designs and responsive UI components.
• Ensure consistent visual language, brand alignment, and intuitive user flow across Android and iOS apps.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to continuously refine the experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Optimize UI for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility on a range of mobile devices.
• Stay updated on mobile UI trends, platform guidelines (Material Design / Apple HIG), and UX best practices.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Front-end Developer for mobile apps (Android/iOS).
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design tools.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and mobile interaction design.
• Working knowledge of implementing UI in React Native or collaborating with developers to ensure pixel-perfect output.
• Familiarity with Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines (HIG).
• Ability to create interactive prototypes and present ideas clearly.
• Strong portfolio showcasing mobile UI/UX work.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in fintech, utility, or payments-related app design.
• Hands-on skills in HTML/CSS or animation libraries.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and performance-optimized design.
• Ability to handle design systems, component libraries, and versioning in Figma.
