Overview: Wondrfly is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer who can seamlessly bridge the gap between design and frontend development. You'll collaborate closely with our Development and design teams to transform Figma designs and wireframes into clean, responsive HTML/CSS pages optimized for both desktop and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to understand user experience goals and technical constraints.
- Convert Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect HTML/CSS pages using Tailwind CSS, Angular-compatible HTML, or SCSS.
- Ensure web and mobile responsiveness, maintaining visual consistency across all pages.
- Optimize user interfaces for performance, accessibility (WCAG compliance), and cross-browser compatibility.
- Conduct design handoff sessions with frontend developers, clearly communicating design elements and responsive behaviors.
- Adhere to and evolve our design system guidelines, contributing to UI component library improvements.
- Provide actionable feedback during design discussions to facilitate ease of implementation.
Requirements:
- Fluency in the English language
- Fast, strong and stable internet connection
- 5+ years of UI/UX development experience with strong expertise in the Angular, and responsive HTML/CSS development.:
- Strong proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, CSS Grid, Tailwind CSS (preferred), or SCSS.
- Ability to accurately interpret and implement designs from Figma or similar prototyping tools.
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
- Solid understanding of responsive, mobile-first design principles.
- Knowledge of Angular template structuring and component creation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience working with component libraries such as Angular Material or Bootstrap.
- Understanding of design tokens, accessibility best practices (a11y), and performance optimization metrics.
- Ability to suggest UX/UI improvements based on feedback from developers and QA teams.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and participation in sprint planning and reviews.
