Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Frontend Developer with 2–4 years of expertise in building modern, scalable web applications using ReactJS . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and responsive design. You will play a key role in enhancing the user experience and delivering pixel-perfect interfaces in collaboration with design and development teams.
As a Mid-Level Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for implementing high-quality user interfaces, optimizing web performance, and ensuring seamless integration with backend services. You’ll work closely with product managers, UX/UI teams, and developers to translate requirements into interactive features.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize reusable and scalable frontend components in ReactJS .
- Lead the translation of UI/UX designs into functioning user interfaces.
- Handle state management using Redux , Context API , or other libraries.
- Implement frontend logic to integrate with RESTful APIs and services.
- Ensure performance, accessibility, and browser compatibility across platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Troubleshoot UI bugs and suggest performance enhancements. -
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Technical Proficiency:
- 2–4 years of professional frontend development experience using ReactJS .
- Proficient in JavaScript , TypeScript , HTML5 , and CSS3 .
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and hooks .
- Experience with state management tools like Redux, Recoil, or Zustand.
- Familiarity with build tools like Webpack , Vite , Babel , and ESLint .
- Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design .
- Experience integrating and testing RESTful APIs.
- Version control using Git and code collaboration tools (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) is a plus.
Soft Skills & Collaboration:
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Ability to take ownership of features and deliver independently.
- Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams.
