Strategic

• Partner with Application, Delivery, and Infrastructure Architects to collaborate on
  
  

recommendations and fine tuning opportunities' and provide input into

autoscaling recommendations.

• Driving and coordinating the implementation and execution of performance
  
  

standards and best practices across applications.

• Coach and mentor the team on leveraging monitoring tools to do bottleneck
  
  

analysis

Tactical

• Over 6-7 years experience and proficiency with performance tools
  
  

JMeter,Blazemeter and Load runner.

• Over 3 years and more hands on experience with monitoring tools like Data Dog,
  
  

App insights, Splunck to help the teams with bottleneck analysis and fine tuning

recommendations.

• Experience with performance mobile testing tools like Headspin is a nice to have
• Responsible for planning performance testing with project/product teams as a
  
  

core element of pre-production testing.

• Leverage performance monitoring tools to analyze bottlenecks and provide
  
  

recommendations

• Work closely with the DevOps team for load emulation.
• Collaboration with the project/product teams to incorporate performance testing
  
  

as a practice.

• Day to day management of the vendor teams to ensure performance testing and
  
  

execution are being performed smoothly.
