Job Description:

We are hiring 200 Web Developers to join our growing team at IP SUPERSHOPPEE PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidates should be passionate about web development, eager to learn, and experienced in both front-end and back-end technologies.

You will work on building responsive, scalable and dynamic websites and applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive web designs using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and React
• Build and maintain dynamic back-end systems using PHP and MySQL
• Integrate APIs to connect front-end and back-end functionalities
• Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance and cross-browser compatibility
• Work closely with UI/UX designers and other developers to translate designs into high-quality code
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 & Bootstrap
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript and React.js
• Backend development using PHP and MySQL
• Familiarity with API integration (RESTful APIs)
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development
• Understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git is a plus
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work both independently and in teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• A portfolio or links to previous projects (highly preferred)
