Job Description:

Bharat Reshma is looking for a highly experienced Website Developer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of our official website, ensuring a seamless user experience and strong e-commerce functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the Bharat Reshma website.
• Ensure website responsiveness, high performance, and cross-device compatibility.
• Develop and integrate advanced e-commerce features including payment gateways and checkout systems.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and product teams to update website content and promotional material.
• Optimize the website for SEO, speed, security, and overall user experience.
• Troubleshoot complex bugs and oversee regular website security and backup procedures.
• Mentor junior developers and help establish best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in website development.
• Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.).
• Extensive experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Magento.
• Proven track record in developing and managing e-commerce websites.
• Strong understanding of SEO, performance optimization, and website security.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead projects independently.
• Portfolio of previous work demonstrating advanced web development skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with UI/UX design principles.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Figma).
• Familiarity with web analytics and API integrations.
