Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Development & Automation Lead to spearhead our digital infrastructure and optimization efforts. This is a key technical role focused on managing websites, integrating automation tools, and enhancing user experience across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and manage organizational websites with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Integrate CRM systems and automation tools (e.g., email workflows, form submissions, analytics tracking).
• Continuously optimize website speed, security, mobile responsiveness, and SEO parameters.
• Collaborate with the design team to enhance UI/UX across all platforms.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal teams as needed.
• Ensure websites are compliant with the latest web standards and security protocols.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4–6 years of proven experience in web development and automation tool implementation.
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or modern frameworks).
• Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Google Tag Manager, Mailchimp).
• Solid understanding of SEO, website performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
