Web Developer (Core PHP)

Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Web Developer (Core PHP) to join our team. As Web Developer you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications and WordPress sites, focusing on backend development and basic customization. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in backend development using PHP and experience with basic WordPress functionalities. Your expertise in PHP development and proficiency in Core PHP and frameworks will be crucial in delivering high-quality websites that meet our clients' requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Write, test, and maintain PHP code for custom web applications. Develop backend functionalities and integrate with front-end components.
• Customize and manage basic WordPress themes and plugins. Implement and modify features and functionalities as needed.
• Design and manage MySQL databases, ensuring efficient data handling and performance.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionalities.
• Monitor and optimize application performance for faster load times and improved user experience.
• Implement security best practices to protect applications from vulnerabilities and attacks.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to PHP code and WordPress functionalities.
• Work with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
• Maintain clear documentation for code, processes, and configurations.

• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Candidates with 1-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with other PHP frameworks or CMS platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency in PHP and Core PHP development.
• Experience with basic WordPress theme and plugin customization.
• Knowledge of MySQL and database management.
• Familiarity with basic API integration and web services.
• Understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
