To be successful in this role you need to show loads of initiative and a drive to contribute to a team producing outstanding work. We are looking for a Wireless Network Engineers are

responsible for designing wireless networks to provide adequate coverage and capacity,

optimizing signal strength, managing wireless security protocols, and addressing interference and connectivity issues specific to wireless environments.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This role is dedicated initially to the:

1. Plan and design wireless networks to provide optimal coverage, capacity, and

performance.

2. Implement and manage wireless security protocols and encryption methods to

safeguard network data.

3. Design, integration, testing, installation, and support of the APS wireless network

infrastructure.

4. Lead wireless network engineering services in support of Customer WAN, LAN & WLAN

data network.

5. Perform routed/switched network design activities on HP routers & switches, Xirrus

Management System (XMS) & Cisco Meraki cloud management system and wireless

access points (WAP) for a large enterprise data network.

6. Works with client support technicians to provide solutions for customers' wireless

communications requirements and solutions.

7. Investigates, designs, plans, and implements physical and logical wireless

communications networks.

8. Prepares schematics to define and illustrate wireless network design solutions.

9. Prepares work orders containing instructions to be used by client support technicians to

configure network hardware and software.

10. Performs access point/router/switch/network hardware and software upgrades.

11. Configures and administers HP switching devices.

12. Provides proactive monitoring of network using network management software

configuration and troubleshooting (Cisco Meraki Cloud, HP IMC, Flukes OptiView,

Trueview, What’s Up and SNMP).

13. Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation related to the network

infrastructure.

14. Have extensive knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP).

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. Proven hands-on wireless network engineering experience.

2. CCNP or (CCNA highly valued).

3. Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools.

4. University degree in Computer Science /B.Tech or graduate or IT graduate degree in

Engineering or relevant field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
