We are seeking a Wordpress Web Developer to join our growing team!
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Website Developer proficient in WordPress to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our WordPress instances / websites across the Momentive Software portfolio. They should have a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development, ability to create visually appealing and functional website updates, and the capacity to work autonomously.
Position Summary
- Develop and customize WordPress themes using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Collaborate with design, content, marketing operations, and project management to publish new website content in support of demand generation and marketing efforts.
- Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Optimize website performance for speed and scalability.
- Implement UI/UX best practices to enhance user experience.
- Troubleshoot and fix front-end issues and bugs.
- Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, plugins, tools, and technologies.<>**

- 3+ years of experience in front-end development, with a focus on WordPress.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience with WordPress page builders (e.g., Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder) .
- Familiarity with WordPress theme development and customization
- Experience working with WordPress plugins such as ACF and/or Jet Engine.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for front-end development.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Experience with HubSpot (or similar MAP)
- Familiarity with WP Engine
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4)
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices
- Flexible schedule / ability to work during US Eastern Standard Time
