Good To Have
- Workday certification in one or more HCM modules.
- Workday Financials knowledge or support experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday
- Prior experience in related HRMS (e.g., Oracle, Peoplesoft) in a delivery or AMS/post-production support capacity is an added advantage.
- Build out and develop the Workday HCM practice covering deployment, augmentation, and AMS services.
- Collaborate with clients and UST account teams around requirements gathering, design, testing, and post-production support after deployment.
- Oversee team workload and serve as an escalation path for urgent or high-priority issues and major requests.
- Handle day-to-day team operations, establishing processes, standards, and key metrics for the role’s focus areas.
- Develop and consolidate internal training materials and/or create packs for new functionality deployment and offerings for clients.
- Work effectively with team members to support client satisfaction and success.
- Collaborate with internal UST product teams to leverage internal capabilities and accelerators.
