KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET Core / .NET Framework
• Integrate .NET applications with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and backend components
• Interact with clients to gather and clarify requirements
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and deliver high-quality solutions
• Collaborate with front-end teams, QA engineers, and stakeholders for smooth execution
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and database-related issues
• Follow coding standards and best practices for performance, security, and maintainability
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience with .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and Web API
• Strong experience integrating .NET applications with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases
• Solid understanding of OOP and design patterns
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and understand requirements
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Team-oriented mindset with good collaboration skills

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience with relational databases like SQL Server or Cosmos DB
• Exposure to microservices architecture
• Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
