Redio modernizes health insurance claims adjudication with intelligent automation. We help insurers and TPAs replace manual, document-heavy workflows with faster, more accurate decisions at scale.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain scalable .NET web applications, APIs, and backend services
• Develop responsive front-end applications using React or Angular with TypeScript
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools like Claude, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate engineering workflows
• Write automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Playwright and xUnit/NUnit
• Design secure and high-performance systems following modern software engineering standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable insurance and healthcare products

Must-Have Skills

• .NET Core / .NET 8+
• ASP.NET MVC
• React or Angular with TypeScript
• MSSQL & Entity Framework Core
• RESTful API development
• AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar)
• Automated testing (Playwright, xUnit/NUnit)
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript / TypeScript
• Secure coding practices (OWASP, authentication, encryption, validation)
• Git/version control

Nice-to-Have

• Docker & Kubernetes
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / AWS DevOps)
• OAuth 2.0 & JWT authentication
• Redis / caching systems
• Logging & observability tools
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Microservices architecture experience
• Experience reviewing and validating AI-generated code

What We're Looking For

• 2–6 years of experience in .NET full-stack development
• Strong understanding of scalable web application architecture
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools in production workflows
• Ability to critically review code for security, performance, and maintainability
• Startup mindset with strong ownership and execution skills
• Experience in insurance or healthcare domain is a plus
• Fast learner who enjoys building modern software systems
