Qualifications

You are a hands-on AI Technology expert in deep agents—particularly tool-augmented reasoning loops, reliable hierarchical meta-planner, self-improving learning systems, context management. You operate comfortably at applied research depth, yet your instinct is to convert ideas into robust, scalable products.

You are energized by early-stage ownership and prefer navigating uncertainty with conviction rather than joining a fully charted course. You are motivated by a true 0→1 opportunity to implement a differentiated product architecture.

You must preferably be based in Bangalore, India. Preferably bringing 2+ years of experience working on advanced AI systems, Preferably with a relevant PhD or Masters in AI (or equivalent) from a top-tier university. A degree in Electrical Engineering or meaningful exposure to chip design is preferable but not required.

Role Description
You will lead the development of a cutting-edge AI deep Agent. Product Roadmap advances higher capabiltiies than Claude-code / cursor.

You will lead architecture and implementation for agentic learning, closed loop with tools, fantastic context management, knowledge graphs/db, cutting -edge human-in-loop and establish Xorvis as one of the top startups in its space. This role carries high ownership, deep technical challenge, and the opportunity to shape an entirely new category.
