Summary

We’re looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team and develop innovative AI solutions that drive business value. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Generative AI technologies, along with strong experience designing, implementing, and scaling AI systems in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead end-to-end development of AI solutions – from design to production.

🔹 Build scalable systems with Python, .NET, and GenAI frameworks.

🔹 Interact directly with customers to gather requirements & deliver tailored solutions.

🔹 Design & implement AI-driven features: chatbots, recommendation engines, agentic AI, automation tools.

🔹 Develop secure & scalable AI pipelines integrated with enterprise systems and cloud platforms.

🔹 Select & implement ML algorithms, NLP models, and GenAI technologies.

🔹 Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical standards.

🔹 Stay updated on GenAI advancements and guide adoption within engineering teams.

🔹 Mentor junior engineers & maintain clear technical documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

✅ Proven track record as an AI/ML Engineer, with a portfolio of delivered GenAI solutions.

✅ Proficiency with Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, and LangChain (LangGraph, LangSmith, LangFuse).

✅ Strong coding skills in Python, C#, and Node.js with API development & integration experience.

✅ Expertise in NLP, machine learning, deep learning, or computer vision.

✅ Hands-on with Azure & AWS AI/ML services.

✅ Familiarity with enterprise application development & full-stack technologies.

✅ Experience with chatbot development, automation frameworks, and AI-driven decision systems.

✅ Knowledge of AI ethics, governance, and security best practices.

✅ Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.

✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.

Preferred Skills

✨ Certifications in AI/ML (Azure or AWS).

✨ Experience with low-code/no-code AI integration tools.

✨ Knowledge of DevOps practices for AI/ML deployment.

✨ Customer-facing experience, translating business needs into technical solutions.
