About the job:

As an AI Engineer (Full Stack) at Humanity Founders, you will lead the end-to-end development of intelligent, scalable applications by combining advanced AI/ML capabilities with robust full-stack engineering. You will be responsible for building and managing production-grade MERN stack applications while developing custom LLM solutions using fine-tuning and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to create impactful, real-world systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, fine-tune, and deploy custom AI/ML models with a strong focus on LLM Ops, model fine-tuning, evaluation, and optimization using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
2. Design and implement RAG-based architectures, including document ingestion, embedding generation, vector database integration, and retrieval pipelines to ensure accurate, source-grounded outputs.
3. Build and manage end-to-end MERN stack applications (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) with strong ownership over performance, scalability, and maintainability.
4. Take ownership of the full application lifecycle from system architecture and backend development to frontend implementation and production deployment.
5. Build and maintain secure, scalable REST APIs and integrate AI/ML pipelines seamlessly into production systems.
6. Apply deep learning and neural network techniques to enhance model performance, domain adaptation, and real-world reliability.
7. Implement AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and develop high-performance backend services using FastAPI.
8. Work with vector databases and semantic search systems (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone) to enable efficient retrieval and ranking of relevant information.
9. Containerize applications using Docker and deploy scalable infrastructure on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
10. Deliver AI-powered LLM, user-centric solutions. Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and contribute to strategic decision-making.

4. Experience with scalable backend systems, database design, and API architecture.

5. Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, and production deployment workflows.
