AI Engineer – Retail/CPG Domain

Job Description: Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to lead and support Business Intelligence (BI) migration initiatives, modernizing legacy reporting systems into scalable, AI-driven analytics platforms. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying intelligent data solutions that enhance reporting accuracy, automate insights, and improve decision-making capabilities across the organization.
The AI Engineer will collaborate with data engineers, BI developers, and IT teams to migrate existing BI tools, optimize data pipelines, implement machine learning models, and integrate advanced analytics into the new BI ecosystem. This role requires strong expertise in data architecture, cloud platforms, AI/ML frameworks, and modern BI tools.

Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions leveraging LLMs (GPT, Claude, open-source models).
• Engineer and optimize prompts to improve accuracy and relevance across use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and retail/CPG stakeholders to identify and deliver high-impact AI solutions.
• Monitor, fine-tune, and maintain models to ensure performance, scalability, and business alignment.
• Implement AI/ML-driven efficiencies in BI migration initiatives (e.g., MicroStrategy to Metabase).
• Ensure data governance, quality, and security throughout AI and migration processes.
• Stay current with advancements in the AI/LLM ecosystem to drive continuous innovation.
