AI Scrum Master - AM

Overview

Core Experience

• 7+ years of overall professional experience, with at least 4+ years as a dedicated Scrum

Master.

AI Project experience is must.

• Proven experience leading software engineering or data/AI project teams.

• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks and their practical implementation in tech environments.

Technical Competence

• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Bachelor’s or higher).

• Hands-on experience or sound understanding of:

• Coding languages (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript)

• REST APIs, microservices, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Data pipelines, data warehousing, and data modeling concepts

• Basic understanding of AI/ML lifecycle (model development, training, deployment)

• CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes

Agile Tools & Project Management

• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Trello, Miro, or similar tools for agile tracking and collaboration.

• Knowledge of metrics-driven delivery (velocity, burndown, cycle time, defect density, etc.).

• Strong documentation, facilitation, and cross-team communication skills.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II)

• SAFe Agilist / PMI-ACP / ICP-ACC (Agile Coaching Certification)

• Technical certifications in cloud, AI, or data (AWS, Azure, Google, or equivalent)
