Associate AI Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a passionate and curious Junior AI Engineer with 1+ years of experience to join our growing AI team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI/ML projects, contribute to model development and deployment, and learn from experienced engineers and data scientists. You will support the design, implementation, and optimization of AI solutions across multiple products, helping to drive innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building and deploying machine learning models and GenAI solutions under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Support the development of data pipelines for training and inference, including data cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering.
• Contribute to the implementation of ML workflows, including model training, evaluation, and versioning.
• Help integrate AI models into production systems using MLOps tools and cloud platforms.
• Participate in prompt engineering and fine-tuning of LLMs for specific use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and data to understand requirements and deliver AI-powered features.
• Monitor model performance and assist in troubleshooting issues related to drift, bias, or accuracy.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI/ML and share learnings with the team.
  
  

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML projects (internships or academic projects count).
• Familiarity with Python and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts, model evaluation metrics, and data preprocessing techniques.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and version control tools like Git.
• Experience working with Jupyter notebooks, APIs, and basic deployment workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• Exposure to GenAI tools and frameworks, such as OpenAI, LangChain, or vector databases.
• Experience with MLOps platforms (e.g., MLflow, Vertex AI) is a plus.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
