We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Systems Support Analyst to join our IT Business Applications team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NetSuite, Coupa, and Concur, and will serve as the primary support contact for these systems. This role will be responsible for end-user support, access provisioning, issue resolution, and configuration changes in partnership with our global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary Support Owner for NetSuite, Coupa, and Concur systems for day-to-day operations and end-user queries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues, escalating to vendors or development teams as needed.
- Perform user access provisioning, deprovisioning, and role management in compliance with internal security and audit controls.
- Partner with finance, procurement, and travel & expense teams to understand issues, provide training, and improve adoption.
- Manage configuration changes, workflows, saved searches, reports, and scripts (basic understanding) in NetSuite.
- Monitor system performance, integrations, and data flows across NetSuite, Coupa, and Concur.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on testing and release activities.
- Document support processes, known issues, and workarounds in a knowledge base.
- Participate in internal audits and SOX compliance efforts related to user roles and system access.
- Support month-end and quarter-end activities by being available to address time-sensitive issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience supporting at least two of the following systems: NetSuite (ERP), Coupa (Procurement), and Concur (Travel & Expense).
- Solid understanding of finance and procurement processes (P2P, T&E, GL, AP, AR).
- Experience with user access provisioning and role/permission setup.
- Familiarity with integration troubleshooting and data validation between systems.
- Ability to create and manage reports, saved searches, and basic workflows in NetSuite.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with global teams and business users.
- Proactive problem solver with attention to detail and customer-service orientation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in working with IT ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Exposure to SOX and internal controls compliance.
- Prior experience in a multinational or matrixed organization is a plus.
