About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Search and identify relevant tenders on government and private procurement portals
2. Analyse tender requirements for valuation services across L&B, P&M, and SFA
3. Maintain a structured tracker for active, upcoming, and submitted tenders
4. Prepare and organize tender documents, ensure compliance, and support timely submissions
5. Assist the valuation team with documentation, client coordination, and data collection
6. Support in drafting valuation reports, compiling information, and maintaining internal records
7. Handle administrative and coordination tasks for a smooth project workflow
8. Conduct basic research, gather market data, and assist with financial or industry analysis

5. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

6. Students from B.Com, BBA, MBA, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields may apply
