About The Role

We are seeking skilled and motivated AI/ML professionals with a strong background in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Generative AI. The ideal candidates will have experience in designing, building, and deploying scalable AI/ML models and frameworks for solving real-world business problems across financial and enterprise domains.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and strategy, to develop AI solutions that create measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities (may vary slightly based on role level) :

• Design and develop advanced ML/GenAI models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Work on Generative AI models including LLMs, Transformers, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• Lead or contribute to end-to-end ML lifecycle : data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, modeling, deployment, and monitoring.
• Apply NLP, computer vision, or time series modeling techniques based on project requirements.
• Develop reusable AI/ML frameworks, pipelines, and APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI/ML intervention.
• Interpret model results, generate insights, and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure compliance with model governance, risk management, and ethical AI practices.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications (All Roles)

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in ML/AI/Data Science.
• Proficiency in Python, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience with SQL and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong understanding of ML algorithms, model evaluation metrics, and deployment strategies.
• Exposure to GenAI concepts including transformers, embeddings, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Cohere, Anthropic, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong publication record or innovative project portfolio in NLP, deep learning, or GenAI.
