Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Amazon Connect solutions for cloud-based contact centres. Automate deployment and configuration processes using CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Code Pipeline, etc.).
- Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform/CloudFormation.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to AWS Connect, telephony integrations, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and related AWS services.
- Configure and manage call flows, routing profiles, queues, and IVR systems within Amazon Connect.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (CloudWatch, ELK, Grafana, etc.).
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure high availability and scalability of services. Ensure compliance with security best practices in cloud environments.
