Overview
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Software Developer at Employer Connect. The Software Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean, scalable code, developing back-end components and APIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Computer Science and Programming
- Experience in Software Development and Back-End Web Development
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Experience in agile methodologies is a plus
