Your Mission, Should You Choose to Apply:

• Build and scale rock-solid backend systems from the ground up
• Team up with frontend, product, and design folks to ship end-to-end features
• Design, develop, and rigorously test high-performance web applications
• Level up engineering processes, tools, and team velocity
• Drive backend best practices- code quality, documentation, reviews, and all that good stuff

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

• 2–4 years of backend engineering experience in a product-based company
• Pro at Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, Kafka, and designing microservices
• Solid grounding in data structures, algorithms, and core CS fundamentals
• Obsessed with clean, scalable, and maintainable code
• Proactive problem-solver who doesn’t wait for direction to bring ideas to life
