We are looking for a senior Full Stack Developer to lead our fintech product development. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in backend and frontend technologies, solid experience managing cloud infrastructure on AWS, and the ability to guide development and DevOps teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant applications.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full stack fintech applications using Django, FastAPI, and ReactJS.
• Architect and manage AWS cloud infrastructure, including serverless functions (Lambda, API Gateway) and containerized applications (EKS, Docker).
• Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance RESTful APIs with proper authentication and authorization.
• Build and integrate responsive frontend components using ReactJS and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Manage both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and in-memory databases (Redis) effectively.
• Create and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins to enable smooth deployments.
• Follow best practices for clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, including thorough testing.
• Ensure all development work complies with security standards, performance benchmarks, and fintech regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
• Take ownership of tasks and actively mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and leadership across the team.
• Candidate must be willing to provide support during outside business hours for critical issues or outage situations.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development with strong Python backend skills
• Proven expertise with Django and REST API development
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript and ReactJS frontend development
• Solid experience managing relational databases and caching systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis)
• Strong AWS experience especially with S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and EKS, RDS,
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Must be able to write clean, secure, and scalable code
• Knowledge of cloud monitoring, logging, and security best practices
• Comfortable working on Linux-based systems and debugging server issues
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Location : Ahmedabad Work from Office Experience : 6 - 10 years Shift Timing : Monday to Friday, 9 : 30 AM to 7 : 30 PM IST Salary : As per industry standards and experience Education : Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology or related fields.
