Job Description
- 10-15 Years exp seasoned BA/Prodcut owner for this role who would not be coding but closely working with technology team and business stakeholders.
- qualified in IT or related discipline with multiple years of demonstrated experience as a Tech Business Analyst or Tech Product Owner.
- 3+ years of digital delivery experiences using microservices
- Background in delivering cloud-native solutions
- Strong analytical skills and proven track record solving difficult problems
- Experience with test-driven development, test automation & continuous delivery
- Outstanding social and communication skills, with a passion for mentoring, knowledge sharing and peer programming
- Experienced in Agile / Scrum projects

- Experience in writing Epic / Feature / User Stories.
- Ability to write tech and business user stories, acceptance criteria etc.
- Key liaison between business & tech stakeholders;
- Experience in facilitating stakeholder workshops to define and document scope & requirements;
- Experience working in an agile environment including the use of tools such as Jira, RALLY and Confluence will be considered favourably;
- Ability to clearly represent consolidated findings;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decisions;
- Appreciation for working through difficult problems, is self-motivated to work autonomously as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
