Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and driven Business Analyst with a solid understanding of digital marketing and web development domains. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing clients from these sectors, ensuring smooth communication, efficient project management, and effective coordination. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, management, and coordination skills.

Client Management:

• • Manage and coordinate clients from digital marketing and web development domains.
  • Ensure clear communication and understanding of client requirements.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to facilitate project success.

Project Coordination:

• • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery within defined timelines.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with project management standards.

Requirement Gathering:

• • Gather and analyze business requirements from clients.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for internal teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and align project goals.

Data Analysis:

• • Conduct data analysis to derive actionable insights for client projects.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to optimize digital marketing strategies.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign performance.

Client Relationship Management:

• • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and recommendations.
  • Address client queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Skills Required:

• • Strong understanding of digital marketing and web development concepts.
  • Excellent English communication, management, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with project management tools and techniques.(Experience with Zoho Projects & Zoho Cliq is considered as a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the digital marketing & web development industry.

Qualifications:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the digital marketing & web development industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous client management experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration within a team environment.
