- Overall, needs to exhibit excellent knowledge of end-to-end lifecycle of payments , initiation, processing, clearing and settlement
- Excellent knowledge on Credit/Debit cards.
- Knowledge of International and Domestic Payments / Schemes
- Knowledge of Cross border payment schemes like SEPA / Target 2 / CHAPS / SWIFT messages (MT, pain., pacs. series) is an added advantage
- ISO20022 migration experience is an added advantage
- Working knowledge of various SWIFT messages associated to the settlements / corporate actions flows used by banks in various markets.
- In-depth understanding of Clearing, Settlements & Corporate Actions processing and associated systems and flow(For a BA)
- Proven experience in leading digital transformation projects within the wealth management sector as a Business Analyst
- Proficient in writing technical and business documentation related to share trading platforms and conducting comprehensive UAT.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical teams and business users.
- Support and advise Product Owners in the development and refinement of the product roadmap, including the creation of epics, user stories, and the management of the product backlog, with a specific focus on share trading platforms
- Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM) specific to share trading platforms.
