Role Overview: As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in leading client discovery sessions, documenting business processes, translating client requirements into actionable plans, and working closely with CRM consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure successful implementations

Responsibilities of a Business Analyst:
Client Discovery & AnalysisConduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand clients’ current sales and marketing processes
- Map out existing workflows, tools, and pain points
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization
Requirements Gathering & Documentation- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Process Flow Diagrams, and Use Cases
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria
Solution Design Support- Assist in creating Solution Design Documents (SDDs) that guide the implementation phase
- Provide input on CRM structures, automation rules, lead lifecycles, and reporting needs
Stakeholder Management- Facilitate requirement sign-offs and manage scope changes
Support user training and UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements
Collaborate with technical teams to convert business requirements into system-level solutions
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
Business Analyst Skills Required:
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT services, preferably with exposure to CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Leadsquared)- Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes (lead generation, nurturing, sales pipelines, campaign management)
- Experience with tools such as Lucidchart, Miro, or similar for process mapping
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong documentation and analytical skills
- Ability to translate vague requirements into structured formats
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and/or marketing automation tools
- Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery models
- Background in software services or consulting environments
