Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Engage directly with clients to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, QA) to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Assist in preparing project documentation, proposals, and reports.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet client expectations.
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a client-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, or similar.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Agile Product Owner certification or understanding
Preferred Skills:
Experience in [Industry – e.g., FinTech, HealthTech, SaaS].
Knowledge of data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Exposure to CRM, ERP, Healthcare or custom enterprise solutions.
Exposure to wireframing and prototype design
