Role Summary:
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to act as the bridge between business needs and AI product development. You’ll gather requirements, analyze processes, and define features for generative AI-based tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for Gen AI use.
- Translate business problems into clear product/feature requirements.
- Document user stories, workflows, and success metrics.
- Analyze the impact of AI adoption and generate insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure solution alignment.
Requirements
- 4+ years in business analysis or product roles.
- Experience working in agile environments with technical teams.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Understanding of AI use cases across industries is preferred.
