What You’ll Be DOING
What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Elict, analyze and document business requirements and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to Collect, challenge, facilitate and document business requirements in a business requirements specification & functional specification, or a set of Features, Epics & User stories.
- Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design, develop and execute test cases to validate data models and data flows.
- Perform data quality checks and identify data inconsistencies or anomalies.
- Participate in team meetings and provide regular updates.
What You Will BRING
We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
Required Skills And Abilities
- Must have Salesforce experience.
- Experience of the end-to-end insurance value chain process (submission to bind).
- Able to read and understand the typical documents used in the value chain.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication skills (written and verbal), and the ability to present information in an influencing manner at the leadership level.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to build trusting relationships with the business.
- Ability to elicit, analyze and document business requirements using techniques such as interviews, workshops.
- Excellent analytical skills to identify root causes, troubleshoot issues and propose solutions.
- Able to test canonical data models and support UAT business scenarios.
- Insurance background.
- Significant experience in supporting all phases of the software development life cycle.
- Experience with different SDLC methodologies, with a preference for Agile Scrum.
- Working with tools like JIRA, Confluence.
- Proven planning and organization skills, with an ability to work resiliently, planning their analysis work, prioritizing workload, preparing in advance, and setting realistic timescales.
- Adaptable to new/different strategies, programs, technologies, practices, cultures, etc. Comfortable with change, able to easily make transitions.
