About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Business Analyst to join our team in Mumbai. This is a work-from-office position. You will act as the crucial bridge between our clients, business stakeholders, and the technical team. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating business needs into actionable technical solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. We are looking for female candidates who can join immediately.
Key Deliverables
- Requirement Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Functional Translation: Translate business needs into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Process Improvement: Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow optimization to identify areas for improvement.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), process flows, and user manuals.
- Quality Assurance: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure that project outcomes meet business objectives.
- Data Analysis: Assist in data analysis, reporting, and decision-making processes using tools like Excel, SQL, or BI dashboards.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication across all teams to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Methodologies: A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency: Proficiency in documentation, wireframing, and requirement-gathering tools (e.g., MS Office, Visio, Jira, Confluence).
- Data Knowledge: Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills & Experience (Added Advantages)
- BI Tools: Exposure to Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Project Management Software: Familiarity with project management tools such as Zoho Projects, Jira, Trello, or similar software.
- Certifications: Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
