3-4 years of experience in an outbound focused cold Calling/sales/support/customer service position.
Proven inside sales experience
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
Track record of achieving targets
Highly motivated self-starter with a competitive personality and strong attention to detail
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Experience working with Zoho/Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to work independently while being a team player who possesses the desire and ability to work in an ambiguous yet fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment
Proven capabilities and skills in lead generation, demonstration setting, opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call structure/control, and time management
Must be Highly skilled at Team Management , Multi-Tasking , Client Communication , Critical Thinking , Relationship management and Business Development.

Job Description
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Establishing first contact and promote our the SAAS Products and Services.
- Leveraged internal sales tools to optimize client engagement, Eg. Zoho CRM.
- Penetrate, prospect, qualify and schedule well-qualified demonstrations with key decision-makers within targeted companies/regions
- Source leads through Social Media platforms
- Respond to the leads on time and offer best solutions
- Focused on customer Lifecycle Management post sales, ensured renewal and retention as well
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Routing qualified opportunities further development and closure
- Research on prospects, identify decision-makers, educate prospects, and qualify to buy interest.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
